During my time as a demonstrator I have learnt that Stampin’ Up!® is more than about making cards, scrapbooking, the stamps, the cardstock, the inks and embellishments that I sell – it is about making a difference to people’s lives that are around us. Often this is by sending a card to someone to say that we are thinking of them.
This January (2018), I will be celebrating my first Stamping Anniversary and to celebrate I will be donating all of my profits from sales on products that are Love/Valentine themed to fundraise for HeartKids Sweethearts Day 2018.
HeartKids is a charity focused on improving the lives and futures of those affected by congenital/childhood heart disease, by providing high quality, caring support, information and advocacy and to give hope by driving world class research. I have seen first hand how much HearKids support means to families. Sweethearts Day 2018 was the perfect opportunity to raise awareness and funds.
Did you know, that 8 babies are born every day in Australia with a heart condition? Did you know, that sadly 4 lives are lost each week to congenital/childhood heart disease. There is no cure. People with congenital/childhood heart disease need support throughout their lifetime. HeartKids provide vital support to families across Australia whilst funding life-saving research. I will start my fundraising event for HeartKids from December 14th 2017 to February 14th 2018 (Sweethearts Day). Products that I will be donating my profits from are below.
