Continuing from my blog post on Monday, I’m exploring projects I’ve created using the For The Win stamp set by Stampin’ Up!®. Today’s project is the decoration of the Coach Gift that went with the card from Monday. We gave as a team to my son’s soccer coach a gift card for one of his favourite local restaurants. The gift card came in a lovely kraft envelope and I added some decoration to make it more special:

I cased the concept of this from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue on page 59. I updated to use our club colours. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
Tips for this project:
- For the starburst, punch it out twice, once in Whisper White and the second from Merry Merlot card stock. Then draw light pencil lines on the Merry Merlot to guide your cutting.
- I heat embossed the “Hip Hip Hooray!” in white on the envelope, but you could use Whisper White Craft ink for a more subtle look.
- Stamp in Crushed Curry on Crushed Curry card stock the trophy stamp. Then fussy cut using Paper Snips.
