This week I have been sharing lots of sweet goodness using the Birthday Goodness stamp set from Stampin’ Up!®. Today’s card I have to say is one of my favourites. I made a few of them too.

Details of this card:
- Card Base: Whisper White Thick
- Card Front: Purple Posy (100 x 143mm) embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder, Stitched Rectangle (67 x 101mm) Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper and a piece of Woven Threads DSP too. TIP: I would stamp the Macaron Tower image first before cutting it out with the Stitched Rectangle.
- Optional: Stamp the macaron tower image onto the Fluid 100 paper in Stazon in first before colouring it. Do this using a Stamparatus and then once coloured you can stamp on top in Versamark and Heat Emboss in Gold. OR you can immediately stamp in Versamark and heat emboss it and colour in.
- Water colour in the image using ink from an ink pad. I used Rococo Rose for the flowers, Purple Posy for the Macarons and Smoky Slate for the cake stand.
- For the sentiment, I used the “thank you” from the Love What You Do stamp set, heat embossed it on Purple Posy card stock and then fussy cut it out.
- To assemble, glue together the two Stitched Rectangles together. Add some Tear & Tape adhesive to the card front and then add ribbon to that. Add the stitched rectangles on top using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The inside of the card and the enveloped I stamped the macaron tower in Rococo Rose ink.
