Hello everybody!
Welcome to my blog. So excited to be blog hopping with the Global Creative INKspirations team today. This month we are bringing you inspiration using the Sweet Stocking Suite. I decided to take a bit of a different approach and focus more on the adorable DSP in this collection. I just LOVE the golden retriever image in the DSP. It reminds me of my neighbour’s dog Daisy who is quite mischievous and playful.

I created this card during a recent Creative Carnival I attended. We had a bit of a twist on mystery stamping. We were given step by step directions but no measurements and it was so much fun to see what everyone created! I thought I’d share the directions with you:
- Card base
- Card front in a coordinating colour to base or DSP
- A tall skinny piece of DSP or cardstock.
- A less tall and wider piece of DSP or cardstock.
- A short and wide piece of DSP or cardstock.
- Layer all on the card in a pleasing arrangement.
- A Bold Stamp or Image from DSP.
- Shape Die or Punch that is larger than your image.
- Sentiment.
- Embellish.
It was really fun creating in this way! I’m planning on giving this card to our neighbours. I think they will enjoy it.
