Hello Everybody! Welcome to my blog!
I’m playing a bit of catch up on my blog. It’s been a bit of a surreal couple of weeks. First I was sick and that wiped me out, the following week I was still regaining my energy from being sick (mama’s don’t get the rest they always need). Then the NSW fires got worse. On Friday the 8th November our whole town was blanketed in Orange smoke from the fires. I have to say it was quite scary. To say the least I’ve been distracted from blogging. But I do last lost of projects to share with you that I really think would inspire you using products from the Christmastime Is Here suite from Stampin’ Up!®.

[Want to recreate this project? You’ll find all the supplies I used at the end of this post, conveniently linked to my Stampin’ Up! online store. I’d love to be your demonstrator and appreciate your support—it means the world to me on this creative journey!]
Card Details:
- Card Base: Crumb Cake
- Card Front: Crumb Cake (10 x 14.8cm)
- Line the stamp on the Stamparatus so that it is positioned on the bottom left corner of the card front. Stamp in Versamark. Repeat on the diagonally opposite corner but this time cover in White Stampin’ Embossing Powder and set with the Heat Tool.
- Add shadowing with the Early Espresso Watercoloring Pencil. I added only to leaves and flowers. Blend the colouring with the Wink of Stella Clear. This adds sparkle and smoothes out the colour.
- Add the ribbon to the card front before attaching to the card base – this gives you an opportunity to curve the ends of the ribbon behind. Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to attach.
- Die cut large label from the Roses Dies, stamp the sentiment in Crumb Cake ink.

I really love the sparkle the Clear Wink of Stella Brush gives this project. Really takes it to the next level.

The Gold Shimmer Ribbon really goes well here too. It has sparkles just like the Wink of Stella, and the gold tone matches the Crumb Cake nicely. I couldn’t help myself and made a few of these cards, using the different sentiments from the Christmas Rose stamp set:

The inside of the card and the envelope where simply decorated with the same stamp image in Crumb Cake of the Very Vanilla. (I really love combining Very Vanilla with Crumb Cake).
Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I hope today’s project has inspired you to get creative and try something new.
Until next time,
Tatiana
