One of my favourite techniques is using the Stamparatus to create wreaths. I’ve stepped up this wreath a little by adding more flowers that I have die cut.

I really love the dimension and layers in the extra flowers. I really just adds so much to this card!

To create this card:

  1. Prepare card base in Real Red.
  2. Prepare card front in Whisper White 10mm x 143.5mm
  3. Stamp the large rose form the Cake Soiree stamp set in a wreath using the Stamparatus. You can see a video of me doing this on the blog post where I demonstrate using the Stamparatus. (TIP: for this card I inked the large roses in Pumpkin Pie and then used a Sponge Dauber to added Real Red ink around the edges). In this card I’m not using a square.
  4. On another sheet of Whisper White card stock stamp the smaller roses in Daffodil Delight and added Pumpkin Pie ink to the edges with a Sponge Dauber. Stamp some leaves too. Die cut these out using the matching dies in the Sweet Cake Framelits.
  5. Cut the card front in half so that you can create two card fronts.
  6. On the card base stamp the rose outline in Real Red randomly around.
  7. To Assemble:
    1. Adhere the card front to one side of the card base, with the wreath cut in half facing to one edge (not into the middle).
    2. Attach smaller roses using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add leaves with Liquid Multipurpose glue.

I love that with this method you can get two cards using the one wreath! And these are always stunning cards!

Have you made a wreath card yet? The Stamparatus makes it so easy!

Thank you for visiting my blog! I hope that I’ve inspired you to be creative.

Bye for now!
