Back in July of this year I joined a Facebook Group called “Random Act of Kindness Card Group” (RAK). It’s for anyone who likes to send and receive cards made from current Stampin’ Up! products. The group has been so much fun. I’ve participated in July, August and October, and plan on continuing to participate. Each of those months I made a new card and sent out to people in the group.
I know I’ve been a little bad at blogging but I really do want to share my RAK cards with you lovely stampers out there, for what is an adventure with out sharing the journey?
I thought I would start sharing with my July RAK card. I used the Crafting Forever Stamp Set as I thought this would be perfect to send to fellow card makers. I created the background using was is called the smoosh technique (I will create a blog post on that fun technique soon) which I learnt from Ellen Woodbridge. It was so much fun. Each background was unique. I wish I had made more of them! People in the group just loved the effect of the smoosh technique with with Crafting Forever Stamp Set. My colours were chosen for the Colour INKspiration Challenge, but I forgot to enter my card! Oops!
In July I received quite a few cards. This was so exciting as it was my first time participating and to get that thrill after opening the letter box is just indescribable! Here are the cards I received:
Aren’t they all just exciting! There is no end of creative possibilities.
Happy Stamping Adventure,
Tatiana
