One of the best aspects of being a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator is all the friendships I have made. These friends inspire me, support me and can chat with me for long periods of time all about stamping and Stampin’ Up! products. When I went to OnStage in Sydney on the weekend I had some cards made and addressed to these friends. I had quite a lot of fun making them using the Believe You Can Hostess Stamp Set. These cards where inspired by a card that Stampin’ Up! CEO Sara Douglass made at OnStage April at Auckland.

Details of these cards:
- Card Base: Grapefruit Gove.
- Card Insert: Whisper White (10cm x 14.3 cm)
- Card Front: Whisper White (10cm x 14.3 cm) and 1″ strip longer than 10cm
- Stamp the floral chevron onto the 1″ strip – I used Grapefruit Grove. The stamp is photopolymer and it is easy to see where to line up the next one. Once you have stamped approximately 6 of these stamp the hexagon sentiment “You Are The Best” in a darker coordinating colour – I used Terracotta Tile. Then stamp two more chevrons. Trip this to be 10cm wide.
- On the Whisper White card front stamp a mixture of the full and outline only flowers in the darker coordinating colour. Then add leaves in Granny Apple Green.
- Adhere the card front to the card base, add some Tear & Tape Adhesive to where the sentiment strip will go and add some Metallic Thread.
- Adhere the sentiment strip to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I had a lot of fun making these. I made them in a number of colour combinations:
- Grapefruit Grove and Terracotta Tile
- Blushing Bride and Calypso Coral
- Rococo Rose and Lovely Lipstick
- Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay
- Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape
And no card is complete with out stamping the inside and decorating the envelope:
