Hello everybody!
Welcome to my blog. How is it almost the end of June already? Seriously this year is going so quickly! It’s almost the end of the month and that means it’s Global Creative INKspiration time. This month we are taking a look at the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue with a specific focus on flowers. I love stamping flowers. I would love to have fresh flowers in my home all the time but that’s just not practical. The next best (and super long lasting) is stamped flowers. From this annual catalogue the Hand-Penned Petals really jumped out at me. I thought the lovely bunch of flowers would make a great floating frame card, and even if I say so myself I really love how it’s turned out:

I decided to only share the first of the two cards today. Come back on July 1st 2021 to see the card I made using the cut out bits.
Card Details:
- Card Base: Blackberry Bliss
- Sentiment Circle: Blackberry Bliss die cut using scalloped circle from the Layering Circle Dies
- Sentiment: Basic White stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and then fussy cut
- I stamped five sets of the flowers in Memento Ink on Basic White card stock. Coloured them in using Stampin’ Blends (colours listed in supplies) and then die cut out.
- Arranged these on the card base and with the help of some Gland Press’n’Seal I die cut out a circle and adhered all the bits to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Onto the Blackberry Bliss scalloped circle I stamped in Versamark the filler flower images.
- To finish I added some Artistry Blooms Sequins (these have the adhesive on the back so really quick to use)

I really love how the Versamark stamping gives the sublet texture to that area.

As I like to say, a card is not complete without decoration on the envelope and inside the card. To complete this card I stamped the same floral image on the top left corner on the envelope front, and the bottom right corner of a card insert.
Please now hop on over to my friend Danielle from the Netherlands to see what wonderful floral INKspiration she has for you.

Love the vibrant colors that you with this amazing stamp set, Tania! The bling is a wonderful addition to the spaces as is the VersaMark shine to the scalloped circle. This card technique is definitely a favorite of mine. x
Thank you Angie! I love the floating frame technique. So much fun to do.
