Welcome to the Go For Greece Blog Hop. You are visiting Tatiana in Australia. We are a group of demonstrators from all around the world that are taking part in training organised by fellow demonstrator Kylie Bertucci. The aim of the group is to learn from top demonstrators who have had success with Stampin’ Up!®. Our goal is to achieve the incentive trip, this time to Greece in July 2019. The group is filled with so many wonderful demonstrators and I have loved being a part of this supporting community. It can be challenging when you want to turn Stampin’ Up!® into a business that supports your family and not knowing where to start and that you are going about things the right way can be confusing and overwhelming on your own. Part of our training is blog hopping!
Here is the card that I have made for this blog hop:
All supplies used in this card are shown at the end of this post in the thumbnails. These linked to my Stampin’ Up! online store.
The card was inspired by one that I saw on Pinterest. I loved the idea of heat embossing the outline in white on white card stock and then water colouring it in. I love to use the Shimmer White card stock for this because it doesn’t peel but it is lighter than the Watercolor Paper.
After heat embossing this gorgeous floral image from the new Blended Seasons stamp set (only available to demonstrators right now, will be on sale from 1st August 2018 for a limited time), I used my Aqua Painter and ink from the ink pads to colour. I found a really pretty effect by washing over a section in a light colour first and then picking up ink that hasn’t been watered down on the tip of my Aqua Painter and dotting it into the area I’ve just washed. The intense colour mixes with the water and spreads out. Once dry I fussy cut out the flowers and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to put it over the top of a piece of Shimmery White that I have given a colour wash to.
The favourite parts of this card is the sentiment heat embossed using the In Colour Stampin’ Emboss Powder in Call Me Clover. Loving these embossing powders! I also love the extra dimension Pearl Basic Jewels add to this card. The pearls are white and I coloured them using the Light Call Me Clover Stampin’ Blend.
Thank you for visiting my blog. Below you will find the list of demonstrators who are blogging with me today. They all have wonderful projects to share with you, please take some time to visit their pages. Happy Blog Hopping! You have been visiting Tatiana Tobin in Australia!

Such a beautiful card Tania. The fussy cutting shows off the wayercolouring so well.
Thanks Karen, that part was a CASEd from a card I saw and loved how it looked.
A really stunning card Tania … the white on white embossing is fantastic and just love the colours you have used! Impressive! xx
Thank you Cheryll!
Wow – such a beautiful card, Tatiana! Your watercolouring is beautiful, and I love the border you left around the floral spray, when you fussy-cut it.
Thank you Christine! The fussy cutting was CASEd from a card I saw.
Your watercolor, heat embossing and colored pearls really make this card POP! Great job!
Thank you Kathy. I love colouring in pearls makes them really coordinate.
Ow wow beautiful 💕
Thank you Kylie!
Gorgeous! Love that you used the new In Color enbossing powder for the sentiment! And, of course, the Blends pearls! 💌💌💌
Thanks Angie. Love the new In Color Embossing Powders they really add a great new dimension. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t colour a pearl with my blends.
I have a question about this beautiful card. I am in the USA (North Carolina) and would like to use this blended seasons stamped image to make a 25th anniversary card for a friend. I recently purchased this Blended Seasons clear-mount stamp set along with the Stitched Seasons Framelets Dies (149013). But the dies do not include a framelet to cut out this large floral image. Did you cut it out by hand? Or did you use another framelet from another die set?
Hi Cheryl! What a lovely idea to make a card for your friend’s anniversary! I fussy cut / hand cut these flowers out after watercolouring them in. There’s no die for them. Happy Stamping!
