Hello everybody! And welcome to my blog.
I’m really thrilled with how my Fantastic Fun Folds live video series is going. Last night I made a different version of the Double Easel Card. I used the Timeless Tropical bundle from Stampin’ Up!®. It was my first time using this bundle and can I just say I’m in LOVE. The stamp set and coordinating dies are carrying over to the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue but you’ll no longer save 10% when you buy the bundle after the 2nd June 2020. Get it now to and you won’t be disappointed at all. Here’s the card I made:

Thank you for helping me out so quickly. I really wanted to try this card. I watched the first easel card you did but mine didn’t turn out so I might have written the measurements incorrectly. If you could direct me to those instructions too I’d appreciate it.
Hi Terena! Thank you for your comments. You can find the first Easel card here: https://www.tatianacreative.com.au/stamping/cards/fantastic-fun-folds-easel-card/ I’ve got the video and the measurements all there. Happy crafting.
Tatiana thank you for your reply.
I have tried to do the Double Easel Card using imperial measurements but cannot understand why your calculations for the 14.8cm equates to 5″, 5 1/2″ and 5 1/4″. If you look at the measurements for colour base, score base, card front, DSP base front and card insert. These all require 14.8cm but the imperial measurement is not consistent.
Also the 29.7cm comes out to 11.69″ which is closer to 11 1/2″.
Haven’t checked any others but couldn’t work out why the card did not work out so successfully.
Am I on the wrong track?
Hi Terena! Thanks for your comment. I’ve had a typo in the metric measurements for the DSP for base and front and card insert (optional) I had it at 14.8 cm but should have been 14.3 cm. I’ve fixed this up on the blog post.
The Imperial measurements aren’t just a case of 1″ is the same as 2.5 cm. It is based on the Letter sized card stock and the proportion of the cards made using that.
Thanks for picking up my typos!
Thanks for your quick response and I hope to sit down and remake this card as I really liked it. I love the one for this week too.
