Hello everybody!
Welcome to my blog. Today I’m sharing a very bright card. I was inspired by a card I saw on instagram (I can’t now find the original) which had a colour background created from dies and I thought that the Basic Border Dies would work beautifully with this technique and had to come up with my own version:

Card Details:
- Card Base: Basic White Thick
- Card Front: Basic White, Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape, & Bermuda Bay
- Sentiment Label: Basic White die cut with Stitched So Sweetly Dies
- To create the card front, die cut from Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape, & Bermuda Bay strips of clouds. Make these wider than the card base and trim down once all attached.
- Cut two Basic White cloud pieces with straight edges to fit on the top and bottom.
- Join the strips together using Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back. Trim down to card size and adhere to the card base.
- Clear heat emboss the small dragon flies onto the card front.
- Stamp two dragonflies onto basic white in Memento Ink. Colour one in and punch both out.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the sentiment label and then adhere it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add the black and white dragon fly. Then place the coloured on top adhering only it by the body so that the wing fly.
- Finish the card by adding drops of Shimmery Crystal Effects on the card and to the wings of the coloured dragonfly.

Stamp the dragonfly onto the envelope. I added the left over card front piece to the inside of the card.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I hope today’s project has inspired you to get creative and try something new.
Until next time,
Tatiana
