Demonstrator Training June 2019 Blog Hop

Welcome to Kyle’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop. You Are visiting Tatiana in Australia. This blog hop with with a group of Stampin’ Up!® Independent Demonstrators who are taking part of Kylie’s Demonstrator Training. I’ve learnt so much about being a demonstrator, a team leader and a creator from this group.

The training group is filled with so many wonderful demonstrators from all over the world. I am loving being a part of this supporting community. It can be challenging when you want to turn Stampin’ Up!® into a business that supports your family and not knowing where to start and that you are going about things the right way can be confusing and overwhelming on your own. This training gives us ideas a pointers on how to build our business. Part of our training is blog hopping!

Here is the project that I am sharing with you today. Take a look and then I’ll tell you where I got the inspiration from! I bet you cannot guess.

Tatiana Creative Stamping Adventure - Friendship Card with Purple and Gold Flowers using the Daisy Lane stamp set, Daisy Punch, and Medium Daisy Punch all by Stampin' Up!®

[Want to recreate this project? You’ll find all the supplies I used at the end of this post, conveniently linked to my Stampin’ Up! online store. I’d love to be your demonstrator and appreciate your support—it means the world to me on this creative journey!]

Tips to create this card:

  • Use the Pigment Sprinkles as watercolour to create the light Gorgeous Grape piece of card stock
  • Layer the flowers with two flower daisy each to create more fullness to the flower.
  • The metallic thread adds some extra interest to the card.
  • You can use just a section of the Stitched Nested Labels dies

I also created a coordinating envelope for this card. I stamped the large daisy onto the edge of the envelope, then re-inked and turned it slightly to create the fuller looking daisy.

My inspiration came from a Facebook memory from a few days ago. It was a picture of a Simaetha, a jumping spider that is purple and gold and I just thought that would look awesome as a flower combination! So here we are!
