Colour the Blue Flowers

I’m loving the new Blended Seasons Stamp Set and the Watercolor pencils!!! I had such a relaxing time creating this card. The idea with he white spots came from a example and I loved it. I thought this was the perfect stamp to do this with.

All supplies used in this card are shown at the end of this post in the thumbnails. These linked to my Stampin’ Up! online store.

To create this card:

1. Prepare card base and card front in Crumb Cake.
2. Onto the crumb cake using Versamark Ink splash ink spots and cover in White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Set with the Heat Tool.
3. Stamp the floral image from Blended Seasons stamp set onto Shimmery White card stock in Jet Black Stazon ink.
4. Colour the flowers in using the Watercolor Pencils and blend the colours with a Blender Pen.
5. Fussy cut out the flowers and adhere to the card front. I cut them right on the black lines. To cut out the areas between flowers I cut around some petals.
6. Attach card front to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I had a spare flower left from the fussy cutting so I adhered it to the inside of the card. Love having it there.
