Welcome to my blog. Today I’m finally sharing projects I created for my In Color Club. The In Color Club is where participants collect one colour every month for five months. They receive all the goodies that come in that particular In Color. I really love running this club and have fun creating monochromatic cards to include in their bundles. I am currently finishing up the 2021-2022 In Color Club and starting to plan the 2022-2023 In Color Club. This is the card I created for the first package and it features the Butterfly Brilliance bundle and the adorable Ombre Gift Bags. Details:
- Card Base: 2021-2023 In Color
- Card Front: Ombre Gift Bag
- Sentiment Label: Basic White die cut using Messages Die
- Position the Ombre Gift Bag on the Stamparatus and then stamp the Butterfly Brilliance stamp over it in the same colour ink. Trim the bag down to 10 x 14.35 cm to create the card front.
- Stamp the largest butterfly in the same colour ink. TIP: Die cut out the butterfly first and then using the stamparatus and the negative to position the stamping.
- Stamp the sentiment and then splatter some ink over the top. TIP: Do the same as for the butterfly. Die cut out the piece first and then stamp the sentiment.
- Add the butterfly to the card with some coordinating ribbon behind.
For the inside of the card I added an extra strip of the Ombre Gift bag stamped. I also stamped the butterflies onto the envelope.
