Hello everybody,
Welcome to my blog! I’ve recently discovered a new favourite craft tool – the make up blender brush. Using one of these really creates such smooth blending on cards. It’s really so much. I combined the blending with our lovely Basic Pattern Decorative Masks for this card:

Card Details:
- Card Base: Whisper White Thick
- Card Front: Whisper White (10 x 14.3 cm)
- Sentiment: Basic Black (10.5 x 2 cm)
- To create the background secure the card front to grid paper and then secure the mask on top.
- Start to blend your choice of colours. I used Melon Mambo, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay and Gorgeous Grape. You can use any colours you would like.
- Once happy remove the mask and repeat the blending process over the top using the same colours. This intensifies the colour that is already there and colours the background.
- Stamp the sentiment onto Basic Black card stock in Versamark and heat emboss it in Stampin’ White Embossing Powder.
- Adhere card front to card base, add the sentiment strip using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- For finishing touch add some Sprigs punched from Vellum (Sprig Punch). Using Mini Glue dots to add these to the card.

I love to decorate the inside of the card too. I masked off the right edge of the card and repeated the blending but only through the mask for something different.

For the envelope I used the Large Stylus of the Take Your Pick took and the same mask to create the pattern on the envelope flap. Use a foam mat underneath.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I hope today’s project has inspired you to get creative and try something new.
Until next time,
Tatiana
