I did take a break in September from participating in the Random Act of Kindness Card group on Facebook. Family commitments and events had me not really creating many cards. I was determined to participate in October. Participating is a fun way to make sure I get to stamp and have some fun.
I wanted to really feature a background stamp set this month, so I chose the Playful Backgrounds Photopolymer Stamp Set. This brought back so many happy memories to my very first workshop at home, where I invited all my friends to share with them this new adventure I was starting on. I was so nervous that my friends would think of me crazy, but they loved it and I started running card classes monthly fuelled by the enthusiasm of that day. Ah the memories!
This month I went with only two colour variations. Again, because I don’t own a big shot I had cut out the flowers, and though it was fiddly I’m very happy with how the cards turned out.
One card did arrive in the mail. My husband really liked it. It is a stunning card. Thank you Cindi!
