Hello Stamping Friends!
It’s been awhile since I’ve made a wreath card. The lovely sprigs in the Frosted Foliage stamp set worked really perfectly for this. I had so much fun that I created three cards:

Let’s take a look at each card individually:
Details about this card:
- Card Base: Seaside Spray
- Card Front: Whisper White (100 x 143.5mm)
- Sentiment Label: Purple Posy cardstock cut using Frosted Frames Dies and then made smaller with the die by running it through a die cutting machine again and placing the die on the cut out and the top cutting plate only covering where you need to cut for the die to be smaller. Stamp the sentiment in Versamark and heat emboss in silver.
- Use the Stamparatus to stamp the wreath in Seaside Spray ink. I created a template that allowed me to use the card front as it is and it stamps the wreath cutting it off the edge. See the image below for the template.
- Add a bow tied using the fork method. Use a Mini Glue dot to attach it to the card front.
For the second card I used the same wreath template but stamped the wreath twice – once of Vellum and once on Whisper White:
Details about this card:
- Card Base: Pretty Peacock
- Card Front: Whisper White (100 x 143.5mm) and Vellum (100 x 143.5mm)
- Sentiment Label: Pretty Peacock cardstock cut using Frosted Frames Dies and then made smaller with the die by running it through a die cutting machine again and placing the die on the cut out and the top cutting plate only covering where you need to cut for the die to be smaller. Stamp the sentiment in Versamark and heat emboss in silver.
- Use the Stamparatus to stamp the wreath in Seaside Spray ink on the Vellum. Then repeat onto the Whisper White using Pretty Peacock ink. I used the same template as above. Turn the Vellum piece around 180 degrees to have it sit in the bottom right area.
- Add a bow tied using the fork method. Use a Mini Glue dot to attach it to the card front.
I love that the wreath in the Pretty Peacock shows up through the Vellum.
For the third card, I used a regular 100mm square template and stamped. Then cut the square in half. Then covered the gap in the middle:
Details about this card:
- Card Base: Seaside Spray
- Card Front: Whisper White (100 x 100mm)
- Sentiment Label: Pretty Peacock (105 x 20mm, two) and Seaside Spray (105 x 40mm). Stamp the sentiment in Versamark and heat emboss in silver.
- Use the Stamparatus to stamp the wreath in Seaside Spray ink on the Whisper White. Cut this in half and adhere to card base with one at the top of the card and one at the bottom of the card. Cover the middle gap with the sentiment label.
Wreath cards are so much fun to do! Have you ever made one?
Thank you for visiting my blog! I hope that I’ve inspired you to be creative.
Bye for now!
